ABOUT THE COURSE
STATA training is designed to train participants to be professional data analysts. It is designed for participants without or with very little experience using Stata. Course participants will learn how to “talk” to Stata, importing data to Stata, constructing a workflow in Stata, data manipulation, data management and statistical analysis, creating communicative graphics, and presenting statistical results. During the course, the facilitator will use real dataset obtained from Somali National Bureau of Statistics such as Somali Integrated Household Budget Survey ( SIHBS 2022)
COURSE GOAL
The main goal of the course is to increase knowledge and skills of researchers and business companies and also raise their awareness towards importance of data management and information to help decision makers.

COURSE FACILITATOR
- Bachelor and Master degree of applied statistics
- University lecturer, Data Analyst, Statistician and research practitioner
- Holistic knowledge of data analysis packages as well as questionnaire designing platforms.

This is 3 days training program at evening (4 pm – 8pm) and the schedule will be as follows
